C.A.R.E. Has been hard at work for 3 years, to change the laws for animal abuse. We have been invited to the 

Alberta Legislation Consultation regarding animal rights. The initiative is to introduce a Sentient Beings bill during the consultation. Simiar laws have already been changed in Quebec as well as New Zealand.
